Served as a project consultant with AvroKO, one of the most innovative and prestigious design firms in hospitality, with offices in New York City, Bangkok, San Francisco, and London. Working virtually during the lockdowns of 2021 with teams based in Auckland & New York City, largely R&D works across F&B matrixes for two client properties in development: The Ritz Carlton Reserve Costa Conuva (2024) & The Four Seasons Tel Aviv (2025).
