Interior design for 1910 Grey Lynn villa. Working with Henry Dunham Building and Lewellyn Architects, renovated and designed all interiors for this 4-bedroom villa.

The renovation required a complete overhaul, including new flooring, rewiring, and a full update of all living spaces, bathrooms, and the kitchen. The desire was to be authentic and respectful of the home’s Edwardian roots. Sourced cornices and ceiling roses from iconic, heritage suppliers like Plastercraft, and fittings from renowned British suppliers Lefroy Brooks, Perrin & Rowe and DeVol.
